Project: Farm for the Future (interim & scale up phases) (2021 – 2023)
Together with colleagues from Almond Tree Strategic Consulting, supported the PCF in its successful bid to the UK Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra)’s Future Farm Sustainability Fund for the interim phase in 2021. Developed the monitoring, evaluation and learning framework, including an evaluation pack for implementing partners. Supported data analysis and delivered the final evaluation for the programme.
In 2022, supported the PCF’s follow-on bid for the scale-up phase of Farm for the Future. Updated and revised all the monitoring and evaluation tools and guidance, including the evaluation pack for implementing partners.
Project: PCF’s Impact Map and Results Framework (2021 – 2022)
Building on the Farm for the Future work developed an impact map (theory of change) for the PCF that aligned with its current strategy. Developed a results framework to track progress against the results on the impact map. Developed monitoring tools and processes to support data collection, analysis and reporting across the PCF’s three pillars of activity. Developed an SROI map for the whole organisation and key stakeholder groups that could be used in reporting to funding partners. Working with the PCF team, put in place a reporting framework based on the Impact Management Project’s five dimensions of impact and aligned to the UN’s sustainable development goals.
