Project: Developing Baseline and Monitoring Tools for the Shifting the Power Capacity Building Project

Activities: Working with the project team based in London, I developed and reviewed baseline and monitoring tools to be used in a capacity building project for 50 local and national NGOs across 5 countries. Participating in a workshop with country project managers and some of the partner NGOs, I worked with participants to set out a Theory of Change and Log Frame of where they want envisage their capacity development would take them.
