Project: Organisational Evaluation for Future Dreams (2023 – 2024)
Working with two colleagues, Janinah McKenzie and Julian Lomas from Almond Tree Strategic Consulting, delivered the first organisational evaluation for this rapidly growing breast cancer charity based in London. Delivered a theory-based evaluation that tested the team’s assumptions about the services they provide and those who use them. Data collection included online surveys, focus groups, key informant interviews, and a document review and literature review. The final report (including a stand-alone executive summary and slide deck) was delivered in early 2024. It fed into Future Dreams’ first comprehensive impact report, launched in September 2024.
